BRG (who said that?)

watching my friend and her boyfriend, i feel kind of bad for him. not that she's a horrible person, she is definitely not! but boyfriends are knights, and that puts them at the bottom of the food chain, you know, dragon-kibble and such. forever going off to prove themselves worthy, and so he carries her around, and buys her lots of nice food and very cool presents (hello?! i want a thomas the tank engine sticker/colouring book too!), and helps her and her friends put up their art works into the night, and is the solid rock she throws her feminine fluctuations at.

still, sometimes i wish i was a boy. there are many reasons, but now, the only thing i can remember is: if you're a boy, you get to play with your girlfriend's/wife's hair!!!!! i like to play with people's hair, but guys' hair is short and thus not fun. besides, i do not have a boyfriend/husband and it is kind of socially unacceptable to start touching some random boy's hair. sadly, when i play with girls' hair, they get annoyed and cranky (sorry mellie-cat).

sigh, but reading what i've written, i suppose it sounds characteristically girly. dude, guys dont like doing weird stuff like playing with people's hair! they like to, er, watch soccer (sorry christine) or beat people up (sorry fang).

haha i remember the conversation i had with tq about why on earth guys even want girls (we're whiny, weak, naggy, generally pathetic and unappealing). but i think if i was a boy i would still want a girl. they're handy to have around, they clean your house and raise your kids and play with your hair(:D), everywhere you look, it can sew, it can cook, it can talk, talk, talk.

My boy, it's your last resort.
Will you marry it, marry it, marry it.
